Refund and Returns Policy
At KYP-Studio, we provide professional digital services related to commercial photography editing, image enhancement, and graphic processing. Because all services are delivered in digital format and involve creative work performed specifically for each client request, our refund and return policy is designed to clearly explain the conditions under which refunds may or may not be granted.
When a client purchases a digital service from KYP-Studio, they are reserving professional editing time and creative resources dedicated specifically to their project. Once work on a project has begun, the service is considered partially delivered, as our specialists invest time in analyzing, editing, and preparing visual materials according to the client’s request.
For this reason, digital services cannot be returned in the same way as physical goods.
✦ Digital services are non-returnable once the editing process has started.
However, our goal is always to ensure that clients receive professional results that meet the agreed project description. If a client experiences a problem with the final delivered work, we encourage them to contact our support team so that we can review the situation and provide assistance.
In cases where the delivered files do not correspond to the service description or contain technical issues that occurred during processing, KYP-Studio may offer a correction or revision to resolve the issue.
✦ Minor revisions may be provided when necessary to ensure the final result matches the service description.
Clients are encouraged to carefully review the description of each service before making a purchase. Service descriptions explain the scope of editing, expected results, and limitations of the digital processing process. By purchasing a service, the client confirms that they understand the nature of digital image editing and the type of results the service is designed to provide.
Because every image and project is different, artistic interpretation may vary slightly depending on the original photograph and its technical characteristics.
✦ Refunds cannot be issued based on subjective preferences regarding artistic style.
If a project has not yet entered the editing process and the client wishes to cancel the order shortly after purchase, they may contact us to request cancellation. In such situations, a refund may be considered depending on the status of the project and whether editing work has already started.
✦ Cancellation requests must be submitted before work on the project has begun.
Please note that once final edited files have been delivered to the client, the service is considered completed. Because digital files cannot be returned or revoked after delivery, refunds are not available once final materials have been provided.
KYP-Studio reserves the right to review each request individually and determine an appropriate solution based on the circumstances of the order.
